Who we are
Visarez is published by Orilay Studio, the trading name of ORILAY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17135274), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
Data that stays on your device
- Trips (dates, optional country and note), traveller profiles, passports you select and day counters are saved only in the app's storage on your phone.
- We do not run user accounts and we do not upload this information anywhere.
- Uninstalling the app deletes it. To move it to a new phone, use Export backup: the app creates a file and you choose where to keep it (for example your own cloud drive or e-mail). That file never passes through us.
- Reminders (for example "10 Schengen days left") are scheduled locally on your phone.
Visa information
Visa rules shown in the app are bundled with the app and may be refreshed from visarez.com. Such requests contain no personal data; like any website, our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) may process your IP address in short-lived technical logs.
Advertising
The free version shows one banner ad provided by Google AdMob. Google may process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address and app usage to serve and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent first using Google's consent form, and you can change your choice at any time. Visarez Pro shows no ads. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Purchases
Visarez Pro is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play (or the Apple App Store on iPhone). We do not receive your payment details; the store only tells the app whether Pro is owned.
Children
Visarez is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
Because your trip data never leaves your device, you control it fully in the app. For any question about advertising data or this policy, including your rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Not legal advice
Visarez is not a government service and its results are not legal or tax advice. Always confirm entry rules with official sources before you travel.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
